Putting tasks for later is one of the most favorite things we human love to do.
hmm!I'll do this assignment tomorrow,now lets watch a movie instead;well this work is boring will do it later on;call mom,i am really busy today will do it tomorrow...and so on the procrastination goes on.It's a common case of all of us.I do it often to.Well it's pretty normal day to day life.But you over procrastinate and you are trapped or doomed to failure .Procrastination had a great impact on my studies to.Not only that it also had bad impact on my relationship with family,friends and my personality.So one fine day i declared war against it.And everything was back on track,my life again become happy and successful.I started to feel more alive and enthusiastic.SO DID I DEFEAT MY DEAR HABIT OF Procrastinating ?
1)First of all I brought little discipline to my life.Everyday morning little amount of my time i spend in organizing the day .Example: 9am-12:30pm-attain class
12:30pm-2:30pm have lunch with Kartikey.
4pm-6pm:Workout in the gym
7pm-9pm:Finish college assignments
2)Night write down the work that i couldn't accomplish .Believe me it has a great impact on stopping you from procrastinate.Short of confession to yourself about the task not done.
3)If i couldn't meet up to my to-do tasks on the day than i just schedule the the task to next appropriate time seeing that the task gets done.
4)Your thoughts have a great influence on how you work.To get works done think about the good and bad outcomes of your procrastination.I started to be more responsible for my life.
5)Cherish after getting good results due to my hard work .Celebrating success with friends and family.
well if you got few more useful tips against procrastination please let me know.As following the above tips i minimize the amount of procrastinate I used to do but my fight with it is still on.Hope the tips will help you too.
